In the context of its seasonal villa rental activity:
KLEM CORP applies a commission of up to 25% of the gross rent collected for each rental. This commission is the responsibility of the property owner and is deducted directly by KLEM CORP from the amounts paid by the tenant. In the event of staggered payments, the deduction is made proportionally as each payment is received.
Additionally, KLEM CORP may charge tenant fees up to 15% of the gross rent.
